How do food sensitivities differ from food allergies?
Food sensitivities (IgG reactions) typically cause delayed, less severe symptoms that develop slowly over time, often hours or even days after consuming a trigger food. Food allergies (IgE reactions) cause immediate and often severe, potentially life-threatening reactions. This test focuses on IgG food sensitivities.
